SIXT sweeps the board at World Travel Awards

Pullach, 6 October 2022 – The internationally leading mobility service provider SIXT was able to prevail in a total of 18 categories at the renowned “World Travel Awards” for Europe. The company was awarded as “Leading Business Car Rental Company” in Europe and “Leading Car Rental Company” in countries such as Germany, England, France, Italy, and Switzerland. SIXT also won awards in the categories “Europe’s Leading Chauffeur Company” and “Europe’s Leading Luxury Car Rental Company”. Regine Sixt was also honoured for Europe with the “Corporate Social Responsibility Award” for her children’s aid foundation Drying Little Tears.
Since 1993, the World Travel Awards have been presented to companies to honour their outstanding achievements. The award is one of the most prestigious awards in the travel and tourism industry. Based on a vote among travel and tourism industry experts and the interested public, the best product and service offerings of companies at country, regional and world level are selected. The World Travel Awards are presented annually at a gala event in front of a distinguished audience of decision-makers and leaders from the tourism industry and the trade and consumer press.
