SIXT at ITB 2024: Premium mobility along the entire customer journey

Pullach/Berlin, February 29, 2024 – With the motto “Welcome to the World of SIXT”, the premium mobility provider will be presenting its wide range of services at the ITB Berlin from March 5 to 7, 2024. In Hall 9, Stand 121, the company will show how SIXT customers benefit worldwide and how the customer journey is further optimized through digital innovations.
Here, the focus is on Mobile Check-in, which allows customers to speed up the pick-up of their vehicle and to save time by skipping the entire manual rental process at the counter. With Mobile Check-in, customers can complete their personal data (such as driving license) easily and digitally via SIXT app or mobile web directly after their rental car reservation. Shortly before the rental starts, customers can then also select their specific vehicle via SIXT app or mobile web. After this the customer receives a QR code with which they can pick up the key directly and start their journey.
At ITB, SIXT will also be demonstrating how customers can benefit from the mobility ecosystem in the SIXT app. In addition to the car sharing service SIXT share and the SIXT+ car subscription, this also includes SIXT ride, which allows customers to book exclusive premium chauffeur and ride-hailing services tailored directly to the needs of business and leisure travelers.

SIXT will also be represented as a partner at the stand of the German National Tourist Board (GNTB) in Hub 27, Stand 201 and at the “Home of Business Travel” by ITB and the German Business Travel Association (VDR) in Hall 8.2, Stand 206.
SIXT expert Markus Seitner, Director Sales Marketing & Product Enablement Corporate Sales, will explain in his presentation at the “Business Travel Track” on March 6 at 12 pm on the “Green Stage” (Hall 3.1., 200 pax) the relevance of digital processes for service quality and customer experience.
