Both of them are already holdingmanaging functions. Extending the Managing Board from three to five memberstakes account of the strong expansion of the international mobility serviceprovider over the past years.Mr. Alexander Sixt will assume responsibility as Board member fororganization and strategy of the divisions Group Strategy, M&A,Procurement, Process Management as well as the new mobility services suchas DriveNow (premium carsharing). In addition, he signs responsible forglobal operative human resources and management of all shared service andadministrative functions.As Board member for sales, Mr. Konstantin Sixt will sign responsible forSixt's Car Rental's national and international sales as well as the globalE-Commerce business of the group. The other members of the Managing Board remain as before. Together with theenlargement of the Managing Board the Supervisory Board also extended aheadof expiration the contracts with long-serving CEO Erich Sixt until 2020,and with Mr. Detlev Pätsch, responsible for operations and fleets, until2019.
