On April 11, 2011, the stake of Artisan Partners Limited Partnership, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Limited Partnership held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Artisan Partners Limited Partnership pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
2. On April 11, 2011, the stake of Artisan Investments GP LLC, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Investments GP LLC held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Artisan Investments GP LLC pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

On April 11, 2011, the stake of Artisan Partners Holdings LP, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Partners Holdings LP held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Artisan Partners Holdings LP pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.

On April 11, 2011, the stake of Artisan Investment Corporation, Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Artisan Investment Corporation held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Artisan Investment Corporation pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
5. On April 11, 2011, the stake of ZFIC, Inc., Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, ZFIC, Inc. held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to ZFIC, Inc., pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
6. On April 11, 2011, the stake of Mr Andrew A. Ziegler, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Mr Andrew A. Ziegler held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable to Mr Andrew A. Ziegler pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
7. On April 11, 2011, the stake of Ms Carlene M. Ziegler, USA, in the voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft, Zugspitzstrasse 1, 82049 Pullach, Germany, fell below the threshold of 3%. On that date, Ms Carlene M. Ziegler held 2.98% in relation to all voting rights in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft and 2.98% in relation to all ordinary shares (Stammaktien) in Sixt Aktiengesellschaft (voting rights arising from 490,155 ordinary shares (Stammaktien)). All such voting rights were attributable Ms Carlene M. Ziegler pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sentences 2 and 3 WpHG.
