SIXT launches new global rewards program SIXT ONE

  • Following its successful rollout in the United States, SIXT ONE is now available in Germany, Austria and Switzerland – additional European markets will follow in March.
  • Four status levels and a unified points system enable customers to unlock benefits digitally, earn points and redeem them flexibly as discounts on future rentals – directly in the SIXT App.
  • Strengthening global customer loyalty and reinforcing a key pillar of the company’s international growth strategy through structural expansion of recurring revenue.

Pullach, March 5, 2026 – SIXT, a global leader in premium mobility services, is expanding its new rewards program SIXT ONE to Europe, starting in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, following its successful rollout in the United States. The rollout to additional European markets will follow by the end of March. The program is fully integrated into the SIXT App and is designed for both business and leisure travelers. With the introduction of SIXT ONE, the company is strengthening customer loyalty in its core markets while continuing to execute its international growth strategy. In the United States, the program was piloted at the end of 2025 and recorded hundreds of thousands of sign-ups within the first few weeks.

SIXT ONE is based on a four-tier status system (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond). Members earn status points with each rental, allowing them to reach higher status levels and unlock additional benefits. These benefits include, among others, faster vehicle pickup, exclusive member offers and complimentary upgrades. In addition, customers earn rental points, which can be flexibly redeemed as a discount on future personal rentals (more details under “How SIXT ONE works”). Customers who already hold status in selected partner programs from car rental companies, credit card providers, airlines or hotel providers may also be matched to a comparable SIXT ONE status level after registration.

How SIXT ONE works

With every qualifying rental*, members earn two types of points: status points and rental points. For every euro spent, members receive one status point and – depending on their status level – at least one rental point. Status points help members reach higher status levels and unlock the associated benefits. Once achieved, a status level remains valid until the end of the following calendar year.

Example: A customer who reaches Gold status in March 2026 will retain that status until December 2027.

In addition to status points, members also earn rental points with each qualifying rental. These points can be redeemed as a discount on future personal rentals. Silver members receive one rental point per qualifying euro. With higher status levels, members earn additional rental points:

  • Gold members receive 10% more rental points
  • Platinum members receive 20% more rental points
  • Diamond members receive 30% more rental points

Rental points remain valid for 24 months, expiring at the end of the quarter in which they were earned. Points are calculated based on the rental price excluding taxes and fees.

Diamond (from 6,000 status points)

  • 30% more rental points per qualifying euro
  • Faster vehicle pickup (Skip the Counter)
  • Access to exclusive member offers
  • Up to 20% discount on rentals
  • Complimentary upgrades to higher vehicle categories
  • Access to SIXT Diamond Lounges

*Qualifying rentals include car and truck rentals that are booked for pickup at participating SIXT locations via: SIXT app, www.sixt.com, Approved third-party sites for business rentals. Non-qualifying rentals are booked for pickup at non-participating SIXT locations or they fall into these categories: Replacement rentals, Long-term rentals (28 days and longer), SIXT plus, SIXT ride, SIXT share.
