Jörg Bremer succeeds Dr. Julian zu Putlitz as new Chief Financial Officer of Sixt SE as of November 1, 2018

Pullach, October 15, 2018 – The Supervisory Board of Sixt SE has appointed Jörg Bremer (41) as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to the Managing Board of Sixt SE effective November 1, 2018. He succeeds Dr. Julian zu Putlitz (50), who will leave Sixt at his own request after nine successful years in order to devote himself to new professional challenges outside the company.

Jörg Bremer holds a degree in business administration and started his career with the Brose Group in 2004. There he worked in various management positions. After a position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Brose North America, he most recently served as CFO of the Brose Business Division Drives. “Over the past few years, Sixt has shown an impressive operating performance, which has been acknowledged on the capital market with a very positive share price performance. As the new CFO, I am looking forward to actively shaping the future growth path of the company,” added Jörg Bremer, designated CFO of Sixt.

As CFO of Sixt SE, Bremer will assume responsibility for Finance & Accounting, Controlling, Investor Relations, Governance, Risk Management & Controls, Taxes, Internal Audit and Legal.
