Integrated and flexible mobility solutions for European SMEs

  • Leading mobility service provider places Key Account Management under uniform global control

Pullach, August 28, 2018 – Sixt is strengthening its European sales. The leading mobility service provider has placed Key Account Management under uniform global control. The new structure aims to combine the entire mobility spectrum of the Sixt Group for SME customers in European countries, developing flexible, tailored solutions for their individual needs. Customers have a single point of contact for all mobility products, including car rental, chauffeur service, ride hailing, mobility management and innovative mobility concepts such as the MaaS mobility budget.

The Key Account Management Team is headed by Timm Burmeister (40), reporting directly to Vinzenz Pflanz, Senior Vice President of Group Sales. Mr. Burmeister was previously responsible for Key Account Management at Sixt in Germany, taking over general management when the division was restructured. Key Account Management serves corporate customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France, BeNeLux, the UK and Italy.

Coordination with Global Account Management

Besides the needs-driven development of mobility solutions for SME customers, the new Key Account Management structure unlocks important synergies, particularly with Global Account Management, which specializes in supporting globally active corporate customers. This makes it possible to coordinate sales activities at national and international level for the benefit of customers and to develop individually required mobility solutions.
